How would you set up a chocolate buffet?
I am hostessing a jewelry show for my friends and want to be the ultimate hostess! I have planned a dessert & chocolate buffet for the afternoon and I wonder what your ideas are on how to set up the dessert bar?
ok.. the decorations shld be simple & modern.. pick a color & have the tablecloth & napkins of the same color.. u can serve ur desserts on mirrors or clear glass boards (u can put the mirrors on different levels by putting upside down ice buckets or glasses under them)
for the desserts.. here r some ideas: a chocolate cake (cut into small pieces), chocolate fondue (with an assortment of fresh fruits, pretzels & marshmallows), an assortment of chocolates (fancy ones), chocolate mousse (in shot glasses), mini chocolate tarts...
